Saturday Morning: Mommy and Me

Gives mommies and children an opportunity to connect through “doing it together.” The classes are individualized based on the teachers and attendees. No two Saturday classes are alike. Teachers implement music and movement, arts and crafts, story time, free play, and sensory play into each morning. The range of the class may be from participating in baby/child yoga to creating a jewelry box. Come explore and bond with your child.

Sunday Morning: Daddy and I

There is probably no better way to spend Sunday morning than with Dad while creating various knick-knacks. Imagine bringing home a bird feeder, a picture frame, a t-shirt with Dad’s favorite sports team’s colors and symbols, or a Picasso-inspired work of art, all created by a father-child team. Teachers implement appropriate activities for every Dad to enjoy with their little one(s). No two classes are the same.

Weekend Gifted and Talented Preparation (group or private available)

The Gifted & Talented/ERB/OLSAT test prep activities are designed to enhance the curriculum and prepare our pre-K students to take the exam for admission to gifted and talented public school Kindergarten programs and independent private schools. The goal is to give students an advantage through practice, exposure, and familiarity with test taking and test formats. Skills to be taught include, among others, following directions, classification, reasoning, analogies, arithmetic, and sequencing. English/reading and phonics skills are also taught. Teachers use sample questions that are similar in style and content to actual test questions so children become comfortable with the format.

Individual Tutoring sessions available upon request
