Terms & Conditions for Mommy and Me Classes

Class Eligibility

Mommy and Me classes are designed for children aged 0 to 4 years old and their caregivers.

Booking

• Pre-registration is mandatory for all classes.
• Bookings can be made up to 90 days in advance via our online booking system: Booking Page.

Pricing

• Single Class:
  • $50 per class
  • +$25 for each sibling added
• Standard Membership – 8 classes for 30 days
  • $350 for one child
  • $500 for two children
  • $650 for three children
• Premium Membership – 20 classes for 90 days
  • $750 for one child
  • $1,100 for two children
  • $1,450 for three children
• The first class is free with code TRIALCLASS (one-time use per family across all classes).

• Validity: 30 days from the date of purchase
• Number of classes: 8
• Flexible scheduling: Classes can be used in any order within the membership period
• Access to all classes: The membership applies to any class
• Class cancellation: If a class is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, the class credit is returned to your membership balance and can be used again
• Non-refundable

Premium Membership – 20 classes for 90 days

• Price:
  • For one child: $750
  • For two children: $1,100
  • For three children: $1,450
• Validity: 90 days from the date of purchase
• Number of classes: 20
• Flexible scheduling: Classes can be used in any order within the membership period
• Access to all classes: The membership applies to any class
• Class cancellation: If a class is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, the class credit is returned to your membership balance and can be used again
• Non-refundable

Cancellation Policy

Participant Cancellations:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will result in credit being added to your account, which can be used for future bookings.
• Credits are valid for up to 6 months from the date of issue.

Class Cancellations by Little Scholars Childcare Center:

If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, affected participants will receive full credit or an opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

Health and Safety

• If you or your child are feeling unwell, please refrain from attending the class. Notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
• All participants are encouraged to follow health and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone.

Liability Waiver

• By attending the classes, you acknowledge that participation involves physical activities and assume all risks associated with these activities for both yourself and your child.
• Little Scholars Childcare Center is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the class.

Code of Conduct

• We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
• Caregivers are expected to actively participate and supervise their children at all times during the class.

Schedule Changes

• The schedule is subject to change. The most up-to-date schedule can always be found on our Booking Page.
• In case of unforeseen cancellations by Little Scholars Childcare Center, affected participants will receive full credit or an opportunity to reschedule.

Intellectual Property

All class materials, songs, and activities are the intellectual property of Little Scholars Childcare Center and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.

Data Processing Agreement

By registering for Mommy and Me classes, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes but is not limited to:

• Information provided in intake forms to customize your experience.
• Contact information (e.g., name, email, phone number) for communication purposes.
• Booking and attendance records for class management and scheduling.
• Payment details for processing transactions.

We are committed to safeguarding your personal information and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. For more information on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

Photo and Video Consent

By attending Mommy and Me classes, you grant Little Scholars Childcare Center permission to photograph and record videos of you and your child during the sessions. These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and printed materials. If you wish to opt out of this, please notify us in writing prior to attending any class.
